If you really want, declare your profits (revenue - costs) on your income tax declaration in some miscellania box. Or don't. They are not going to find out if you're a small fish. And even if they do, it's really not a big deal in Switzerland to have a little amnesia when it comes to taxation.

I am not importing anything new or in large quantity. I am just selling things I already own that I don't have use for anymore. Things like an old watch, camera and etc.

Selling things from own household is tax free, and furthermore you're selling them at a loss compared to acquisition price, no? There's no profit in sight here, nothing to tax, and you ain't getting any tax back on account of this loss. As for VAT, it's being paid long ago when you originally bought the stuff and you ain't getting it back either. If you really thought you owed any tax here, you seem to have zero clue about how businesses and taxes work.
