Tax report for saving accounts and shares before coming to Switzerland

For bank accounts and shares bought before coming into Switzerland they should be mentioned in Wertschriften under column A or B? Both seem incorrect since it's true that withholding tax wasn't payed but also it wasn't applicable since it was before coming to Switzerland.
