Gift cards in income tax declaration? ("Reward" for professional surveys)

Hi,

This may be a silly question but I can't find any answer so here we go...

Do you need to declare gift cards received as a reward for participating in professional surveys/questionnaires as income for tax purposes?

We're talking double digit CHF value, 1-4 times per year.
