does pillar 3a have a conversion rate?

There is a lot of talk about the conversion rate for pillar 2 (BVG, LPP).

If I invest in a pillar 3a fund that uses the savings model (not the insurance model), can it be converted to an annuity?

Do any of the companies promote a conversion rate for pillar 3a into an annuity?

I tried searching for this but there were no search results.
