Non-voting shares - what a joke that concept is.
Companies are getting worse and worse at ignoring their shareholders opinions, but actually disenfranchising them at the start shouldn't even be allowed.
(e.g. the vote against the UK Morrisons CEO bonus, where 70% voted against but it was "non-binding" - wtf?)
In this specific case - I believe they aren't listed? So basically no liquidity, no way to actually take any gains until they maybe hopefully list in the future?
