Neon crowdinvesting

Neon is offering its customers non-voting shares @CHF 169.00 per share, with a minimum of 3 shares.

Anyone interested? How do you think?

Definitely not. Not sure how they will make much money.

Re: Neon crowdinvesting

Non-voting shares - what a joke that concept is.

Companies are getting worse and worse at ignoring their shareholders opinions, but actually disenfranchising them at the start shouldn't even be allowed.

(e.g. the vote against the UK Morrisons CEO bonus, where 70% voted against but it was "non-binding" - wtf?)

In this specific case - I believe they aren't listed? So basically no liquidity, no way to actually take any gains until they maybe hopefully list in the future?

Re: Neon crowdinvesting

Out of curious: is it possible to find out how much neon's investors pay for its shares and its current total value?
Is it shown in Zefix? I did not find it.
