Buying "original" stock vs ADR (tax)

Good evening,

Hope you are well everyone. Would you be so kind and share your experience on the following. Some companies in stock market are listed in various stock exchanges. Normally they are listed in their home location, then frequently ADR is issued in the US for US investors. I have couple of questions, mainly from tax perspective

For example, Unilever
a) listed in its home location, UK, with ticker ULVR
b) listed in the Netherlands with ticker UNA
c) listed in the US, as ADR with ticker UL

1/ What do you buy in such scenario, assuming your broker offers all locations? I guess the "original" location is the thing to buy, assuming I am ok with that location currency risk etc?

2/ What are tax implications for Swiss based investor, for buying each of these listings? Will taxation be different if he buys ULVR in London vs buying stock listed in Amseterdam or New York offered ADR?

3/ I also wonder how ADR taxation is calculated, in generally? For example, my broker does not offer Danish stocks but offers ADR for these stocks in the US. Which withoding tax do I pay then, Danish or US tax?

Many thanks in advance
