Help with ANobAG setup

Hello,

My girlfriend finally moved in with me and we are in a process of sorting documents and permits for her.
We already registered her in city office where I live, we had a meeting in Migrations Office as well and she has taken health insurance.

As she is under contract with UK company, from my understanding she should fall under ANobAG.

Do you know personally any company or person, who could help setting that up with correct offices? Any recommendations?
Some companies told us it would cost around 3000 CHF for a initial setup.

I am not going to lie, price matters here as she doesn't want my financial contribution in that matter.

Thanks in advance for any inputs!

Re: Help with ANobAG setup

It is simple.

Employer fills in this.

Employee fills in this form.

Send all to SVA Zürich and sort out the other insurances, such as pension plan, and accident insurance.

Otherwise use a payroll company which does it for a fee of around 2 - 4% of the income.

CHF 3000 you say? Hmm, maybe I should start and do such mundane tasks for good money. I offer to do it for CHF 1500.

Hi, maybe I am not up to date but are these forms still valid for UK Companies?
And if the intermediary takes 3% of the gross salary it depends how long she intends to work for the UK Co. With a one time setup fee of around 1500 CHF it's more favourable for her on the longer run.

Why not? They are based on the bilateral agreement concluded on 9 September 2021.

Unless there is a Brexit-Exit that I missed nothing changed.

Re: Help with ANobAG setup

I had an offer from a tax advisor to set it up for 3,000chf & 300chf on a monthly basis! Crazy, when all it really needs is filling in a form and sending it to SVA

However what is complex is often the SVA people don't seem to know the rules, and for the UK they keep changing thanks to Brexit.

For example, I have heard different things about whether a Pillar 2 / BVG pension is required when working for a UK company. And depending on your nationality, you get treated differently it seems, not just about where your employer is. eg. below from SVA application form

"Gleiches gilt für Schweizerinnen und Schweizer sowie Bürgerinnen und Bürger eines anderen EFTA-Staatesmit einem Arbeitgeber in der EFTA (ohne Schweiz).Für Arbeitnehmende mit anderer Nationalität gelten die Bestimmungen unter dem Titel «Arbeitgeber mit Sitz ausserhalb der EU oder EFTA».
