Hi, i have a reasonably bulky parcel, about 35kg with a value of about £2'500.-- to move from the UK to either France or Switzerland.

Can anybody advise me if i send it from UK via mail or DHL to France whether there are any customs duties to pay in France for this. I know if i post to CH there will be as we are not EU, but as UK to France is all EU my guess is there are no duties to pay.

There are no duties between the UK and France, however duty into Switzerland will depend upon what kind of goods it is. All goods have a code and an appropriate tax against it. These are called SIC codes. http://www.sec.gov/info/edgar/siccodes.htm
