Using pension to found a GmbH

Hi all,
Has anyone had any success in using either their Pillar 2 pension or their Pillar 3a as start-up capital for a GmbH ?

Despite numerous documentations saying that money can be withdrawn to 'setup a business', it seems this doesn't apply to either a GmbH or an AG business; only an einzelfirma.

Has anyone been able to use either of their pillars as start-up capital pls?

Tks vm

Have you asked your legal people about this? I would expect that have plenty of experience of setting up companies and should easily be able to answer this....

Assets from Pillars 2 or 3 can only be used to start an Einzelfirma, Kollektive- or Kommandit-Gesselschaft.

Is it possible/legal to set up an Einzelfirma to withdraw funds from pillar 2 and 3 and then turn it into a GmbH or AG after, say a few months?
