Seeking a Lawyer

Hello (this is my first post)

I am looking for an Israeli qualified lawyer practising in Switzerland. Would appreciate it if someone can recommend one or even suggest how to find one.

Thank you

MrP

Re: Seeking a Lawyer

I also need a lawer in the Zürich area to sign two documents regarding a real estate transaction.

1. Acknowledgment and Direction
2. Declaration of Possession

The first two must be signed by a lawer and the second must also be "sworn"???
I did "swear" something in regards to the same property a long time ago (eons) in Oerlikon and do not remember the name of the place (or better said what the name is in German).

Could someone please help? Would the "swearing" place be enough for all of the signatures or do I need to find a lawyer also?

Thanks for your help and sorry if my questions sound silly... I am cheering Italy on with a bit of liquid courage at the moment.

Thanks Goldtop! Do you think the "notary" would also qualify as a "lawyer" for the signatures?

Phone or visit a notary near you and ask.

Thanks again Goldtop, I just talked to the lawyers who were asking and they said a Notary would suffice for all.
