Re: Pork shoulder/boston butt?

Does anyone know what these cuts are called in French? It's about time to make some pulled pork sandwiches...

Boston Butt????

having lived in Boston ( the USA one ) for 30+ years I gotta tell you I've never heard about this... or if I have it wasn't referring to a pig.*

*maybe, in fact it was.

Boston Butt may be named for the northern city in Massachusetts, but it's a Southern tradition. Crucially, it's the raw ingredient for a superb pulled pork bbq sandwich...

Served with a little cole slaw, some cold sweet tea or lemonade with plenty of ice, and you're about as close to heaven as a Southerner gets...
