My food marriage of the day: Grumpy's stilton with chutney.

Half a block of what I got from you yesterday is gone now. *sniff*

My food marriage made in heaven is Raclette with Sriracha (Thai) hotsauce.
Is this what's known as "Fusion"??
Or more like confusion....(groan)

Just saw a picture of poutine, why would you want to spoil good old honest chips'n'gravy by putting cheese curd on it?

Well Paddy, if you had to google it, then it is fair to assume, that you hadn't had Poutine and thus don't know what you were missing out so far.

No sunshine.

At my school, at school dinners everyone used to order "chips". So the school made it a regulation that you had to order something else, you couldn't have "just chips". Thus, chips n'cheese was born.

A few weeks later, hot dinners were stopped and you could just get salads and sandwiches.

OK, so chips n' cheese wasn't born at my school...
