Re: Tortilla press

Hi...have you tried www.elmaiz.ch, the Mexican foodshop in Zurich?

I definitely saw some in there for sale last year, but I have a feeling they were pretty expensive.

Hope you find one soon!

Re: Tortilla press

I know it's not the same but I recently noticed that they had some crepe makers for sale (on sale maybe?) at one of the larger Migros stores nearby, perhaps that would work for making tortillas?

Re: Tortilla press

Thanks everyone for your replies. I'll check out El Mais - although 40CHFs is a bit steep for the humble tortilla press. But then, this is Switzerland

Re: Tortilla press

Mine was from coolchile.co.uk. They ship to .ch and their sauces and other ingredients are awesome.

You can see it on this page:

- hang on a minute, would you like me to come down to Lausanne and buy it for you? I could also wash it up and put it in your cupboard!
