Hey - Could you share a recipe for the tortillas and how you actually make them? Sounds like something that I should know how to do!
http://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes...orn_tortillas/

The ingredients (and the press) can be gotten here (which reminds me, I need to place an order)

Re: Tonight's dinner?

Got three racks of ribs (4.5 kg) and half a goat (2 kg) in the smoker, baked potatoes and potato salad, with a side of slaw, chocolate cake for desert (it's my daughter's 20th).

Goi cuon.

Last night, Banh Bao.

Quite a culture clash, making Vietnamese food on a wood-fired stove in Italy!

Re: Tonight's dinner?

I'm making a Moroccan tagine dish tonight, made with sweet potatoes, zucchini, chick peas and tomatoes... served with spiced quinoa. I often try to alternate days with meat/no-meat dinners. And this is one of my favorite choices for "veggie" meals.
