Depends how you define quick.

With mince rather than chunks (which is what she has), it's pretty quick.

Re: Tonight's dinner?

Roast chicken thigh, cannelloni of chicken breast with buckwheat salad.

Delicate slices of chicken breast made into a wrap for buckwheat salad, served with mushroom, radish and fried lettuce.

Bellissimo.

Re: Tonight's dinner?

We did fajiras last night, except I didn't quite use the best type of beef so the meat was a bit tough. Lesson learned. Somehow I think I learned this lesson before . But the rest was quite tasty...

Daughter requested raclette, so we will have our first of the season tonight.

Re: Tonight's dinner?

Vegetable sweet and sour stir fry with noodles.

(Am desperate and craving a roast dinner but waiting for a new inner glass for my Miele oven that smashed to bits after I dropped a saucepan lid on it )

Tip of the day - always close your oven door when fiddling with saucepans on the hob...
