Re: Tonight's dinner?

Red enchiladas (stacked).

Last night, home smoked salmon, tuna, and scallops.

Tomorrow, cheese fondue.

Sunday, wild boar with polenta.

Do you have an anglegrinder?

It should be able to fit into the back of the DISCO with a few modifications

Sure, but it's small (fits my Dremel).

Maybe you can borrow his:

Got an air-hammer/chisel, though.

I have a Wickes SDS Drill/Chisel kit - and also a FOGB Landi anglegrinder.

Not sure which is my favourite toy!

We had that on Tuesday, albeit with mixed seafood rather than crab.

Which reminds me, I need to buy more ink.

Re: Tonight's dinner?

Quinoa with courgettes and onions. I know it sounds a bit like a Vegan Chef meal, but it's actually very tasty, with thyme, lots of garlic and toasted pine nuts.
Afters is a white chocolate chunky Kit Kat and a Lion Bar!

Tamarind and coconut lamb and vegetable stir-fry.
where did you get the tamarind?
i've only ever seen tamarinds in aggarwal, and they were a disappointment, hardly any flavour at all, at least not the sharp intense flavour i remember from picking them off the tree.
recently saw a large jar in Globus for 6chf but it was very runny, i was expecting a dense paste like the fruit so i didn't buy it, I'm a bit sorry i didn't now.
i scoured migros and couldn't find it.

I don't get up to aggarwal now and don't want to, i found the produce substandard, beans that smelt of pesticide, no less expensive than migros/coop and not bio, spices with no flavour, garlic and ginger paste that had eaten into the lid and had black flecks from the metal under the lid, sesame paste so foul i had to throw it out (not even honey could save it).

Any other shop options out there?

Re: Tonight's dinner?

A big bag of Nik Naks, slab of Peppermint crisp, a Lunch Bar, Flaky chocolate, and 4 Big Black Toffees! Eaten while reading 3 copies of You magazine.
Family just returned from ZA and that was for ME.

(O/H will have warmed up left-overs from Weekend
I may share some of the chocolate.)
