I made Turkey Chili :-) Healthy and hearty.
I followed the recipe below, but added carrots....

I have some acquadelle in saor that's a few weeks old that I should eat sometime, perhaps as an appetizer for the several weeks old tamales I'm planning for tonight's dinner!

Tomorrow, a slow-cooked wild boar roast, with clapshot on the side.
