Nice, we're fans of all kinds of liver, had some beef last week.

Tom

I really tried to like liver, but i really hate the smell. Although some good chopped chicken liver on a matzoh or a piece of rye bread is yummy.

Tonight - flamkuchen - cook the flamkuchen with onions. After it's out of the oven, add chopped dill, smoked salmon and a squeeze of lemon. Pretty good.

Re: Tonight's dinner?

Can't be bothered
Had a couple of Hot Cross Buns toasted with butter (from UK).
Lunch was homemade spicy burgers, basmati rice and salad.

I have a 6cm thick stone I got in Alsace for that, that I use in a modified gass grill for that and pizza (much better than the oven(.

I have a stone for our new grill. Not as thick as yours, but definitely time to try it out.

Flamkuchen is like the easiest thing to make (i use pre made dough). I do make my own pizza dough though.

I love our ceramic pizza stone- mainly for making naans.

For pizza- the new fashion here is Roeschti pizza!

I pre-heat mine for at least an hour!

Grill is modified to close all vents.
