Re: Tonight's dinner?

My first attempt at Swiss fondue.......I made it as part of Christmas Day dinner and think that might become our new Xmas day tradition while we are here.
I've been told that the fondue should be the MAIN meal but visiting family didn't want it as the MAIN meal so we had a few other things with it.
I must admit I'm loving living in the land of cheese, chocolate, and wine.
Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas!

Interesting combination. How was it?

I can't picture the steak with the potato+sturgeon filling (essentially a variation on a brandade). Unless I'm misunderstanding something.

We haven't eaten it yet, I'm just preparing it.

The steak is normal, the potatoes baked, split, emptied, refilled and baked again.
