Re: Tonight's dinner?

Braai in garden! Such beautiful weather

Nothing exotic, just the boring old Cervelets and Bratwurst, with a South African sandwich grilled over coals.

Biscuits & gravy.

Edit: Bonus - a breakfast taco featuring the remaining sausage with eggs in a (homemade) tortilla.

Re: Tonight's dinner?

Just had fried anchovies with artichoke and raddicchio risotto, made with the broth from last night's mussels.

Tonight, sushi somewhere in town (Trieste).

And for dessert, some of the leftover t-bone from Friday.

Meanwhile, watching 'La grande bouffe'.

Weren't they rather large?

However, we prefer ostriche to ostrich.

All the best dishes are hybrids. Imagine if the Italians had insisted that "real pizzas don't have tomatoes!"?
