Macelleria in Sementina.

CHF 10/500, or CHF 15/1500 (we bought all, and froze two packs).

Parboiled and cooled at lunchtime, now to bread and fry (flour, egg, crumbs).

Personally, I prefer sweatbreads, at bit firmer texture, but my wife saw these and that was that.
