Pancakes/hotcakes mix

hi all!
I write this post to recommend the pancake mix sold in the week of US in LIDL. This morning I tried it in my breakfast and they were delicious. I just add milk and voila! I know is not big science to make pancakes mix but why complicate things if we can find them cheap, easy to make and delicious, don't you think?

Nice day!

Re: Pancakes/hotcakes mix

I'll add this to my list of dry goods to bring with to CH, along with creamy peanut butter.

That's worth knowing.....because it takes at least 3 seconds to crack an egg into flour.

Re: Pancakes/hotcakes mix

To make them even easier you don't even need to add milk -- I use dehydrated water granules, which last forever in the cupboard.

Re: Pancakes/hotcakes mix

Whether you make them yourself or use some premixed rubbish, some orange zest grated into the batter is awesome for both sweet and savoury pancakes/crepes.

I know for sure because I ate them for the past two nights with everything from spinach to ham to chicken curry to chocolate to amaretto (on fire ) to lemon to avocado to etc, etc.

Hmm. Didn't realise until I typed it just how many crepes I ate in 48hrs.
