keeping on topic: Yep, there is a variety of ways to make them. which can also be done for pimientos de padron. That is our main substitute for the missing stuff here as a side dish thing

I grew them the past few years, but generally I prefer hot. But they are nice.

So I just received a few kg of Rocotos as well as a kg of Ajis from http://www.americanmarket.ch/ the other day (I grow them as well).

Well, as far as I can remember Migros started pushing them about 2 years ago but then all of the sudden they didn't have them anymore.
