Got Spelt??

Hello,

Does anyone know where one might be able to buy Organic Wholegrain Spelt Flour in Zurich or online in CH? Checked a lot of places with no luck! ( Many thanks!

Kindest regards,

Tracy )

Hmm it might be that "Dinkelvollkornmehl" is what you need. I bought mine in Coop, they sell it in 0.5 kg bags (Bio, naturaplan).

Re: Got Spelt??

I get my spelt at Grotzenmühle, Einsiedeln. I buy it by the 25 kilos but you can get it in smaller bags too. Great stuff.

Re: Got Spelt??

Just be sure to check the ingredients list that it's all dinkel and not a blend. Sometimes they blend it with wheat flour and if you're looking for it because of a wheat intolerance then you'd be eating wheat anyway!
