Re: Nigerian Food Ingredients in Zurich?

Excellent, let's plan something! PS - I discovered an ethnic grocery store in Wiedikon, called Barkat. It is directly opposite the Migros store at the Schmiede Wiedikon tram station. It is not all African, but they had the fiery peppers (ata rodo, lol!) as well as palm oil, okras and pounded yam flour.

Re: Nigerian Food Ingredients in Zurich?

There is a restaurant serving ghanaian/Nigerian food at 24 militarstrasse, which runs of langstrasse. It's a Chinese restaurant by day and an African one at night so the external looks a lot like a Chinese restaurant. I have tried it and the African food is quite good.

That's an odd set up

Like superman in the day and batman in the night ... a bunch of us could meet up there and express our opinions on this thread :-D.

Re: Nigerian Food Ingredients in Zurich?

Try an Asian shop.

The one in Lugano (owned by my wife's ex brother in law) carries all that stuff, I'd expect other in Switzerland to carry the same.

In Zürich I would rather propose

http://www.afro-shop-center.ch/kontakt.php

and a walk along Langstrasse might bring surprising results
