You can get it at the Metzgerei inside Marinello at Schaffhauserstrasse. Chicken only

I bought some ground chicken at Migros at Zürich airport, don't know if it was organic though.

Have you spoken with your local butcher?
My butcher will grind/special cut anything I ask for; I've had him grind both chicken and turkey. Most butchers will do the same.
(I prefer to buy locally sourced meat; that is my priority over strict bio labeling, as I know the farms and the living conditions of the animals. So, I'm not sure if what is regularly stocked at the local butcher here will meet your criteria.)
Go to your local butcher, ask if he can source bio chicken and turkey. If he can source it, he can also grind it. A special order may take a few days' notice.

You can also have the butcher in your local Migros or Coop grind any meat you find in those plastic packages. That's what I've done so far. But I like the idea of finding a local butcher much better! |

The cheapest grinder I've seen was electric and cost about 160 francs.
I've been wanting to make my own sausage (Anglo-style sage, chorizo, American-style "Italian", etc) with meat smuggl— err, "imported" from Germany.
