Where can I get lady fingers/Savoiardi biscuits in Zürich or Zug?

My love for tiramisu has gone overboard and I've decided to try and make my own. Haven't seen lady fingers in teh shops I've been to though - anyone who knows where to find them? Or what to replace them with? Thank you in advance.

You can find them in any grocery, they are called Loeffelbiscuits in German. They look like this.
