Italian food

Hi there,

if any of you likes italian food and wishes to learn a few quick and simple recipes... I have just started writing a blog and I would love to share my recipes with you.

We often eat pasta/polenta/risotto at home.

Problem is finding guanciale here, I always have to get it in Italy to make carbonara (no guanciale, no carbonara!), not really a problem as I can see Italy from my windows.

you are so right no guanciale = no carbonara! (and no amatriciana either!!!)
