| | Special T by Nestle
Nestle happy with Nespresso success launched several months ago "Special T" that is tea capsules. More info on their site www.special-t.com It is sold online only, so no place to try if it is really worth it.
Has anyone got it already?

Bloody annoying web site is my first impression. The teas look quite interesting but how much do they cost?

Seriously? Tea. In a capsule?
Has no one seen wall-E?
OK, maybe *slightly* less wasteful than the coffee given that tea already comes in single serving dispenser (=bags) but sigh.
EDIT: sorry about ginormous picture. could not find smaller version to make point about wastefulness.

Reason: pic issues. sigh.

We have a Tassimo machine (you know the coffee machine for plebs ) anyway you can get tea capsules for this and I have to say the Twinnings English breakfast capsule does make the absolute perfect cup of tea

Do you have to make about five mashings to make a decent size cup? My old gran will turn in her grave (she's not got long now) |

It's actually really good and the different teas are nice. You have to order the teas on line though and the minimum order is quite high.
We use it quite a lot but I'm not sure I would have actually bought one.
