leaves please

Hi got a quick question for any salad eaters out there.. can anybody suggest a place, shop supplier.. ect where i can buy mixed baby leaves.. not the pre packed stuff.. I suppose i am looking for a supplier who has a range of organic leaves? This is for a new cafe , seriously sick of lollo rosso popping up on side plates everywhere.. thank you!

can't help I just get mine from coop

If you are running a cafe surely it wouldn't be much hassle to make your own at the start of each day?

It would help to know where you're located. In Zürich, there are several street markets which mostly have seasonal, organic produce. Same goes for most other cities, you just have to do a bit of search on days and places.
If you have a café, it might be useful to go and check them out, maybe you can get direct contacts to the farmers and get a nice deal. There are also a couple of producers doing gemüseboxes, but in that case you're really bound to the season - and it's a long nüsslisalat winter indeed
