What's Lolipop?

It's a candy store, they have two branches here in Basel (one at Barfusserplatz and one at the train station)... in addition to the lovely sodas mentioned, they also carry jelly belly jelly beans, butterfinger and reece's cups and a whole slew of other things that if you're craving, will do the trick, just as long as you can close your eyes to the outrageous prices. (I paid 10chf per box there last year for peppermint candy canes but it had been so long, I just had to have them.)

I would drive to Basel just for a Butterfingers bar...I'd go now if they were open.

I thought I read in some other thread about candy and whatever from "home" in which Lolipop was mentioned that they have a branch or two in Zürich as well? Maybe at the HB?

Before driving to Basel for a butterfinger, perhaps you want to check there first.

There are also two other Lollipop locations that I know of here near Zurich -- one is in the Stadelhofen train station and the other is in the Franz Carl Weber toy store on Bahnhofstrasse. I know the one at Stadelhofen has the candy and the sodas, but the one in the toy store may only have candy (no sodas).
