Thomy makes a Bechamel in a tetrapack. I've seen it in Gastro supply places.
I tried Otto's (the cavern of lovely goodies), but did not find any! Not sure what you mean by gastro supply places!

In case you want to remake it, I do it (probably not exactly bechamel due to the cheese, but oh well) the following way:
That's very kind of you, but I am really useless at making bechamel! I'll definitely try the ricotta version though

For the super-easy (and quick) route: Mozzarella slices make for a nice bechamel replacement from time to time just up the meat/other sauce amount a bit so that it won't dry out.

Or, as mentioned above, get the boxed version. Both Migros and Coop sell Thomy, Migros has an home brand version as well (powder)

Never used any of these though, so I can't vouch for them.

Gastro=Restaurant supply shops, Prodega et al. It may well be to be found at Migros & Coop, just well hidden.

Ottos has some good stuff, but the rum balls, fruit jellies and such are just too much of a risk factor to me.

It looks like this. They have it on the coopathome site.
