UK Gas grille in Switzerland?

We just moved to Lausanne from the UK and I purchased a propane gas grill/BBQ at Homebase before the move. I'm now wondering how I get the gas bottles available here in CH to fit my grill?

I did search few previous posts, but am wondering if someone has had the same issue recently and where you went to but the correct adapters/fittings to make the tank connect.

Thanks in advance for your help!!!!

If your grill has metric fittings then you will have no issues, is it's imperial... you may well have wasted your money. A metric rig will not fit Imperial and vice versa... unless you like the idea of gas escape. Even metric to metric can be an issue with difference in gauge, so doing homework on connections/diameter would save a heep of angst
