You need to look in Coop and pharmacies. I've found that the Schar brand is best for GF flours. They do three strengths, one for bread and pizzas one for pastas and one for cakes. I use them all the time.
The almond meal can be found in the baking section at Coop and for coconut flour you're going to have to go looking at the health food stores.

What nic said ... there are heaps of gluten-free products about, you just have to look, and Coop appears to be stocking more items each month. Just be careful to do price comparisons, there can be a big variation (eg, same size pack of cornflakes - CHF 4.50 at one shop, CHF 2.90 at another ...).

You might find coconut flour in indian or sri-lankan stores. Rice flour is gluten free too...can also be found at the chinese/indian/middle eastern stores.

Here in Zurich many restaurants also offer gluten free fare.

Re: Gluten Free Products / Flour

check out the indian (?) store in montreux, don't remember the name but just down the street from the gare. they had quite a few different kinds of flour, including rice and i believe coconut.

mostly we get the inlaws to bring us good stuff like that from france, the products are better and much cheaper.

Re: Gluten Free Products / Flour

In Bern we have places such as 'Egli', and Reformhaus. These places as well as Coop and Migros will do stuff like that i think for sure.
