| Hello All
Just wondering if anyone knows of a place here in Zurich you can find a Christmas Ham/Gammon? It's for baking, either bone in, bone out not fussy really. Or would I have better luck going up to Germany or France? If you could pass on your recommendation I would appreciate it.

Look in Migros or Coop for a so called ROLLSCHINKLI this is cured and salted ham,and very good quality.
Also like Polorise already mentioned you can talk to your butcher,an entire hindleg (with bone) of a Pork is called HAMME.
A swiss speciality ( and former tradtitional x-mouse meal) would be to wrap this in Breaddough,if you want the recipe PM me
