Bread recipes: Jamadu Z'nuni Brot

I've been looking over the past week or so, searching for a bread recipe that looks like it would come close to these little rolls they sell (ostensibly for kids) at Coop.

I've just looked at Coop@Home site, to see if they sell them through there, in case folks don't know what I'm talking about.

What it is is this: A lightly sweet yeast bread roll, with some nuts / seeds and some fruit (usually raisins I believe).

What I think may work is to use a brioche recipe and simply work in seeds and dried fruit - anyone (maybe with bread-making experience) happen to know what rolls I'm talking about, and whether this may work?

I've not made bread before, but am in the mood to make the attempt.

I think I know which ones your mean and I agree; you could probably use any recipe for Brioche or Zopf e.g. The recipe should have milk and egg.

I don't know this special bread or rolls. But judging from your description it could be Zopf dough with dried fruits and nuts added.
At least, that's what I would try to make.
Zopf dough doesn't contain any eggs, though. The bread tends to get "drier" if it contains eggs. But needs butter and milk.
Do you have a recipe for Zopf?

A friend of mine made "Vollkorn" bread and added dried fruits, like apricots and plums and all that stuff that you usually by as "dried fruit mix". It was so yummy you wouldn't have thought it was just a plain whole wheat bread as a "base"!
