When do you add the Schlagrahmfestiger?

Normally, I whip the whipping cream and when soft peaks form I add sugar. (2 Tblsp sugar to 1 cup whipping cream).

I bought Schlagrahmfestiger for the first time and would like to use it, but there are no directions on the packet.

(1) If I use the Schlagrahmfestiger, do I add sugar also?
(2) At what point during the whipping do I add the Schlagrahmfestiger?

My daughter is making a dessert right now so if anyone could tell me right away I would appreciate it. Thanks.

No idea - but for me, good quality cream with nothing added has to be better

Nope, it's starch I think.

Some people (mom) use it for cream that has been heated to make it last longer because at times this one doesn't "whip" well.

Hi,

You add it just before or while whipping the cream.
I usually add if I use the cream for a cake filling that has to be in shape for some time. When I just put it on fruit salad and eat it right away, I never use it...
