The bottom ones. However, some recipes actually suggest using a hand whisk becuase the whisking rate is lower, so less air bubbles are added. When using an electric beater such as the one you have, keep the mixing speed slow and do not over mix.
Also, have the ingredients all at room temperature before beginning. Apparently this lessons the risk of the surface pulling apart and cracking when baking.
