Starbucks alternative without the coffee? (Zürich)

I'm looking for a nice environment to leave the house and work during weekend mornings and afternoons now that the winter will finally come to an end. Somewhere comfy, at the right temperature and maybe with relaxing, quiet music in the background. So, basically a Starbucks.

The thing is that I don't drink coffee and I'm not a huge fan of tea either. Do you have a favorite place with a similar atmosphere but that specializes in juice, milkshakes, soup or even food instead? (It's okay if they sell coffee as well) Somewhere that's reachable by tram? And ideally somewhere where they don't have such a shortage of sitting places that you'd be hurting their business by staying for the whole morning?

I did some research and found this (http://www.simplysoup.ch/), which looks really delicious but unfortunately it's closed on weekends.

Try Juice Market on Augustinergasse at the Rennweg tram stop, it's open on Saturdays.

Maison Blunt is also quite nice but the few times I've been there the service has been crap.

This is a little out there, but at the University Zurich Careum center there is a nice meet up study place with tons of vending machines with all kinds of foods and drinks and it is not completely quiet but not too noisy and usually you can find places. It is right next to the Fluntern tram stop with the 5 or 6.
