Easter Monday Brunch in Lausanne, does that even exist?

So Café du Grancy is closed all weekend, and knowing this country I fear the whole town will be closed, too many people recovering from 4 nights of partying ( Electron in Geneva, Sundance in Malley... ). Any ideas ?

Apparently, when it comes to Lausanne, a brunch is a cross between a brawl and a punch-up; ...... and Ann is a very loose woman, indeed.
