Swiss Wine and Cheese - Need Guinea Pigs

I have been working on putting together a wine and cheese pairing seminar and would like to test it on a handful of willing guinea pigs. The focus is on Swiss wine (for this session I will focus on wine from Fernand Cina in the Valais). The cheeses will be a mix of cheeses from some small producers in my home canton of Zug as well as a couple of other Swiss cheeses not available from Zug.

If interested, please reply to this post and I will get back with the exact location.

Time: 25. April, 8pm
Duration: about 1 hour
Place: Kanton Zug
Capacity: max 6 participants (first come first serve)

Interesting to know which wine you've chosen to go with the guinea pigs?

A fruity little Peruvian red, perhaps.

Re: Swiss Wine and Cheese - Need Guinea Pigs

Since discovering the taste sensation which is Blue Nun and Tesco Value orange coloured scottish 'cheddar' I find everything else pales in comparison.

But good luck with the event.
