| | Princess Anne suggests eating horse meat
(Edited out, I wrote Margaret !) Princess Anne has just been on BBC-1 breakfast TV stating that we need to rethink our attitudes to eating horse flesh. She believes that if owners knew they would get a good price for their horse, they would look after them better and not abandon them.
Some of us like horse meat, but I know most people on here will be horrified.

If it does happen at least UK residents will know what they are eating.

Wouldn't that be akin to cannabilism for the Priness Royal?

SORRY, it was Princess Anne (Not a big royalist here! )
She was speaking at World Horse Welfare. I bet they now wish they hadn't asked her along today! http://www.worldhorsewelfare.org/Art...a-horse-crisis | This user would like to thank Sbrinz for this useful post: | |

Very sound reasoning from the Princess Royal (to give her correct title), as always.
What a great pity she will not be the next monarch of GB. She is by far the most competent of all the Queen's offspring.
