looking for bakery tuitions

hi
first of all hi to everyone as i am new to this forum
since i am in switzerland i enjoyed backery items like anything
so i would love to learn how to make cakes,breads and cookies.
can anyone suggest except migros is there any other classes for same near baden?

I don't know whether you live in Zurich or not. There is a shop near Walliselen called MakeUrCake (http://makeurcake.ch/)
They have courses as well. Otherwise the shop is a pretty one to visit and keeps variety of baking stuffs.

last weekend I tried out the 'no-knead bread' recipe which was in the NY Times
http://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/11376-no-knead-bread

It's an easy recipe and the bread tasted very good.
