Buying Meat in Swiss?

Is there any site you guys use for that or can be used?

Like in UK, we have Musclefood.co.uk

Is there anything like that in Switzerland?

Yeah, they are called "Metzgerei". Otherwise known as a "Butchers".

Also available in your local supermarket.

Re: Buying Meat in Swiss?

Considering that OP has been in "Swiss" for either 1 year or for 5 years - depending on which post of his you read - and that he used to be Chef in a star-rated hotel in Greece, I'm surprised that he hasn't found any place in "Swiss" to buy meat yet

Re: Buying Meat in Swiss?

Are you serious?

You buy meat at the supermarket or if you want at some local farm. Or if you're too lazy to leave the house, use Coop or Migros online stores.

Also, the country's name is Switzerland.

For some reason, that homepage OP linked is blocked here at my company. Which is to say something as they block hardly anything

Re: Buying Meat in Swiss?

I thought it was widely accepted that only the Switzerlanders buy their meat in Swiss. All the ex-pats smuggle theirs in from the sausage munching, beer swilling overall wearers or from the garlic munching surrender monkeys.

I get it from French or German when I can, but day-to-day it's easier to get it from Swiss. In an ideal world I'd get my beef flown in from Brazilian and my bacon from Danish. Sausages, though, they should come from British.

But do they buy it in Terminal A or in Terminal B, and how many miles do they earn for buying a good cut?
