When I'm eating home - I have my home made paprika paste jar (basically minced hot paprika and salt plus olive oil, stored in the refrigerator)
Other than that, Tabasco and Dijon mustard, depending on the food.
Oh, and garlic paste....although I really try to avoid it.

While I sometimes buy them fresh, generally I buy them either packed in salt or in oil, and not whole, or in the liquid form (various asian fish sauces).

Well, I would have said chiles, but to me they are a vegetable and not a condiment (at least in the quantities we use, same for garlic).

Not fussy. I usually stock up on UK supermarket own-brand versions when I can get it. It's not particularly hot (although outrageously hot by Swiss standards), but it's good enough for our barbecues in the woods. Mexican or American when I see it.

Jalapeno relish is easy-peasy to make - and you can ramp up the heat well beyond 'Swiss levels' if you wish.

I use this as a basic recipe, but it's a bit too mild for me so I leave the seeds in for the heat. Or use serranos or habaneros for extra kick.
