Citrons Confits are available in Zürich:

...and it's just 2minutes walk from Viadukt where you will finde the British Cheese Center

That's why the search is so rubbish. And why I get annoyed that people like you get annoyed with people not searching.

There's a much more recent thread than 2010 with recipes etc. Here

I guess the title doesn't contain the right words and I'm on your ignore list.

I took you off my ignore list as I thought you were behaving better, but I now think my action was too soon: when have I ever attacked you personally Tom? Just for the record eh?

Back in yer box then, bye bye...!

Re: Preserved Lemon, where to get it ?

On searching around this topic of preserved lemons, I came across this translation mishap at Amazon. They have translated "Lazy Lemon lemon juice", the lemon shaped, lemon juice filled bottle as "Faule Zitrone Zitronensaft" for their German speaking customers. This is a literal translation, but gives the impression of a very unappetising fluid:

(Google Translated from German) https://translate.google.ch/translat...-text=&act=url

(Original English) http://www.amazon.co.uk/Lazy-Lemon-J.../dp/B008B39Q3A

(Original German) http://www.amazon.de/Faule-Zitrone-Z.../dp/B00AX6QDQG

Enjoy ?
