Brussels sprouts. ( how to cook so they don't stink the whole place out).

Does anyone have a good way of cooking them with the least amount of stink?

I ask because I am cooking them for my client tomorrow on his request and really don't want to stink out his and the neighbours place too much.

I have looked them up online and I have seen suggestions such as roasting or panfrying.
It seems that the least amount of cooking time leads to less pong.
I can go with that, but as he needs to be careful of his diet, I thought to ask here if anyone has a low fat, stench reduced way of cooking the little blighters.

Not asking for miracles, but a good compromise, his wife will be very grateful too.
Thanks for any ideas.
