No need to go to Zurich. It is fairly easy to make, it just needs some organising and following a recipe. On Sunday I made roast lamb with mint sauce, carrots, broccoli, roast potatoes and gravy. It took me 90 minutes, but it tasted really nice. Roast at 230 deg for 20 minutes, then use a roasting bag, it keeps the meat moist & tender, & no need to baste. I bought everything in Lidl.
