Maltese cactus datschi

Sooooo, what do you do if you get a craving for an Augsburger Zwietschgendatischi, better known all over the galaxy as a Augsburger plum datischi and you dont have any plums?
I know, Ill use prickly pear fruit!
Whip up a basic pizza pastry cover with split and shelled prickly pear, cast oodles of sugar and streusel topping, (the white bits on the top made from sugar, butter and flour) In the oven for 30 minutes and serve with cream.
Need I say...: "Ommnomnomnom.
